Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Associate Sales Manager for Retail and CPG to drive end-to-end sales cycles, from demand creation to contract closure. You will engage executive sponsors and position Infosys offerings across ADM, AI, Cloud, and more, while coordinating with leadership to define market strategy.

The role emphasizes hunter sales, prospecting, and delivering compelling value propositions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; may accept 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• 7+ years of professional services sales experience including as a sales executive/professional.
• History of achievement/overachievement of sales targets.
• Originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, and other sources.
• Knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, driven sales culture.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal.
• High integrity with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Develop customer sponsors, identify influencers and decision makers.
• Understand client problems and explore fitment to Infosys capabilities.
• Pricing negotiations – support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis.
• Maintain strong client relationships post contract closure.
• Leverage Infosys capabilities across tech practices and service lines to address client problems.
• Build relationships with Infosys alliance partners to influence deals.
