Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Principal to join our North America CMT Practice, focusing on the Semiconductor industry. You will lead or participate in client teams responsible for problem definition, solution design, and deployment for major transformation initiatives, driving growth and building high-performing teams.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, deliver ERP-led transformations, and develop assets and methodologies specific to semiconductors, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 10+ years in consulting/industry with semiconductor supply chain and ERP-led transformation experience.
• Proven leadership in semiconductor supply chain transformation (S&OP/IBP, planning, fulfillment, logistics).
• Experience in Hi-Tech / Technology Sector is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements, ERP-led digital transformations and client relationships.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor business models, technology trends, and operational challenges.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and/or national client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and business development activities to drive growth and delivery strategy.
• Partner with leadership and sales to recruit and build high-performing teams.
• Lead or participate in client teams responsible for problem definition, solution design, development and deployment for major transformation initiatives.
• Publish and present thought leadership on semiconductor supply chain and ERP transformation.
• Build reusable assets and contribute to the development of semiconductor domain methodologies.
