Accenture is seeking to strengthen its Utilities practice in the United States, focusing on digital customer engagement, operations, and energy retail transformation. The role centers on leading advisory engagements, client relationship management with senior executives, and delivering customer-centric improvements across the enterprise.

The candidate will drive strategic programs, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while traveling 25%–100% as required.

Qualifications

3+ years in Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery
2+ years functional SAP experience
Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and CIS implementations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 yrs)
Advisory/consulting experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail & customer service to drive transformation and efficiencies
Serve as primary client contact with senior executives and align with business objectives
Develop strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and enable customer-centric transformations
Manage project teams, guide junior members, ensure delivery meets quality, scope and budget
Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing the Utilities practice in sales pursuits
Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership on industry trends and regulatory changes
