Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager-level SAP Finance Transformation leader to drive end-to-end SAP programs across global client engagements. You will partner with senior executives to shape roadmaps, architect finance solutions, and lead large delivery teams across borders.

You will articulate the SAP AI strategy, ensure value delivery, and leverage embedded innovation to transform end-to-end processes for clients in utilities and other industries. Travel up to 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP functional/technical expertise with Project Systems, including WBS and cost reporting.
• 5+ years EP-PM experience: portfolio, statuses, budgeting, and integration with PS.
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Utilities or similar clients.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior Consulting/Advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Operations and Finance executives on SAP value.
• Lead clients in defining SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP tech and partner add-ons.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and roadmap to clients.
• Oversee AI use-case deployment within SAP delivery.
• Advise and deliver Finance solutions using best practices.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or at Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations; act as trusted advisor.
• Develop assets and best practices; mentor transformation experts.
