Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks an accomplished transformation leader to deliver enterprise SAP programs at scale, guiding strategy, governance, and delivery across global teams. You will modernize delivery with AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision making while ensuring value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

Travel up to 100% and partnerships with client executives will be essential as you drive outcomes and growth in Consumer, Goods & Services

Qualifications

12+ years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs serving Utilities companies.
Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and outcomes.
Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies.
2+ years with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management.
2+ years managing program financials, executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and delivery risks.
Experience supporting business development, proposals, solution shaping, or pursuits for SAP transformations.
Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, or analytics to improve SAP delivery.
Prior consulting or advisory experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution, quality, financials, and outcomes.
Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value objectives.
Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and transparent reporting.
Ensure adoption of leading SAP practices, Accenture methodologies, quality standards, and governance.
Guide teams through milestones: design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, hypercare, transition to support.
Drive delivery innovation with AI/GenAI, automation, and analytics.
Build relationships with client executives and advise on transformation and business value realization.
