Job summary

Accenture is actively seeking a senior consultant to lead strategic engagements in the Utilities practice, focusing on digital transformation for energy retail and customer service. You will build trusted advisory relationships with C‑suite executives and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver operational improvements and revenue growth.

The role requires deep experience in utility customer transformation, SAP, and CIS implementations, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in the Utility Industry, Customer Service / Transformation delivery
2+ years functional SAP experience
Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and related tech
Experience with major Customer Transformation & technology implementations (e.g., CIS)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or 6+ years with Associate’s)

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational improvements
Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships
Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and revenue growth
Manage project teams, ensure delivery meets quality, timeline and budget
Lead business development and propose new opportunities for Accenture’s Utilities practice
Contribute to thought leadership on industry trends and regulatory changes
