Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Finance Transformation professional to lead and sell Finance transformation programs for Utilities clients. You will architect end-to-end SAP Finance solutions, drive AI-enabled improvements, and manage large delivery teams across a global model.

You will engage executives, develop business cases, and guide project delivery from design through go-live while staying ahead of regulatory and industry trends. Travel variability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years functional/technical SAP Finance experience.
• Minimum 4 years SAP projects for Utilities clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Utilities clients.
• Experience driving complex workshops and leading design decisions in SAP Finance.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives on SAP value and trends.
• Lead SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps including origination and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps, and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP's Business AI strategy and identify value areas for clients.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and value.
• Advise and deliver Finance solutions using best practices and SAP innovations.
• Lead large project teams onsite or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across SAP Finance.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
