Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Finance specialist for its Utilities SAP Practice. You will lead financial transformation programs, engaging senior Finance executives and shaping strategic roadmaps using SAP technologies across global clients.

Role requires 6+ years in SAP Finance, 4+ years in Utilities, and 2 end-to-end S/4 implementations. Travel up to 100% may be required. Accenture offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, innovation-led environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years functional/technical experience in SAP Finance including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities' clients
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations for Utilities clients
• Experience leading design decisions, system build, configuration, testing and go-live in SAP Finance
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 6+ years if Associate's degree)

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and SAP value
• Lead development of business cases and roadmaps during sales origination and proposals
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner add-ons
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas for AI value in Finance
• Drive AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using best practices and embedded innovation
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or at Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends and innovations in your area of expertise
• Be a thought leader, build assets, and develop transformation experts
