Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Leader to drive finance process deployment, governance, and sustainment across the Motion Systems Group. You will partner with corporate SAP, finance leaders, and site teams to ensure standardized, compliant processes and reliable reporting.

The role requires extensive ERP/ SAP experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and ability to manage complex deployments across divisions and locations. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years in finance, accounting, controlling, cost accounting, or financial reporting with ERP-enabled processes.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional project teams or deployment initiatives.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or related certification preferred.
• Direct SAP/SAP S/4HANA implementation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA deployment for finance, controlling, accounting, and reporting across the group.
• Partner with corporate and division teams to align requirements, testing, and adoption.
• Drive standardization and governance of SAP-enabled processes across locations.
• Provide post-go-live sustainment and risk management to ensure reporting integrity.
