Job summary

Parker Hannifin seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA leader to own functional deployment across Sales, Customer Service, Pricing and Distribution for EMG. You will drive standardization, governance, and readiness across divisions and sites, partnering with corporate SAP and EMG leaders.

The role requires extensive travel (25%–50%), strong change management, and a proven track record in ERP/SAP-enabled business process leadership to realize program benefits.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in ERP/SAP implementation and deployment across multiple sites/divisions.
• Ability to lead business process transformation and drive standardization in a matrixed organization.
• Experience coordinating with corporate SAP and EMG leadership on deployment governance and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide SAP deployment strategy, readiness, and sustainment for assigned workstreams.
• Establish functional governance for SAP processes including fit-to-standard decisions and escalation.
• Guide cross-functional workshops to align future-state processes with deployment readiness.
• Own data readiness, testing, training, cutover preparation, and go-live support across EMG deployments.
• Provide leadership and coaching to divisional teams to ensure sustainable SAP adoption.
