Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA functional owner for EMG to lead procurement, demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes. This role drives standardization, governance, and deployment across North America divisions and 50+ sites.

The individual will partner with Corporate SAP S/4HANA leaders, EMG IT, and division stakeholders to ensure design, testing, business readiness, and successful deployment across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or ERP-enabled leadership.
• Direct SAP/ERP implementation experience, especially SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Leads group-wide SAP deployment strategy, readiness, and sustainment for EMG workstreams.
• Establishes functional governance for SAP processes, including fit-to-standard decisions and escalation.
• Drives cross-divisional alignment on future-state SAP processes and deployment readiness.
• Owns data readiness, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization for assigned SAP workstreams.
• Presents functional readiness status, risks, and deployment recommendations to EMG leadership.
