Parker Hannifin Corporation's Motion Systems Group seeks a group SAP S/4HANA leader to own deployment across sales, customer service, pricing and distribution. You will drive standardization, data readiness, testing, cutover, and post-go-live sustainment while coordinating with corporate SAP, group IT, and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in sales operations, customer service, pricing, distribution, or order management.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional projects or process improvements.
• Direct SAP/SAP S/4HANA experience required; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA deployment across sales, customer service, pricing and distribution.
• Drive process standardization, governance, and adoption across divisions.
• Partner with corporate SAP and IT to ensure deployment readiness and sustainment.
• Standardize order management, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
• Provide training and change management to ensure adoption and continuity.
