Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; diverse experience across ERP or SAP-enabled processes.
• Strong change management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading ERP/SAP-enabled Sales, Customer Service, Pricing and Distribution workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Leads group-wide SAP deployment strategy, readiness, execution, and sustainment for assigned workstreams.
• Establishes and leads functional governance for assigned SAP processes, including fit-to-standard decisions and escalation.
• Leads current-state assessments across divisions and evaluates divisional processes against Parker standard SAP processes.
• Drives adoption of Parker standard SAP processes and recommends standardization and exceptions.
• Leads cross-functional workshops with operations, procurement, supply chain, finance, and division leadership.
• Owns functional readiness for assigned workstreams, including data readiness, testing, training, cutover preparation, go-live support and stabilization.
• Leads functional issue resolution during deployment, cutover, and hypercare; escalates risks to EMG leadership as needed.
• Partners with Corporate Business Process teams to evaluate additional requirements and support solution design and adoption.
• Provides leadership and training to divisional teams to ensure sustainable SAP adoption.
• Influences stakeholders to adopt standard processes and accelerate deployment timelines.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities after go-live and recommends enhancements.
