Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation, based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, seeks a SAP Business Process Manager to lead group-wide SAP S/4HANA processes across procurement, demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Reporting to Group VP Supply Chain, you will drive governance, deployment, and sustainment for 7 divisions and 38 locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, production planning, scheduling, inventory management, or ERP-enabled leadership.
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams or process-improvement initiatives.
• Direct SAP or large-scale ERP implementation experience; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience leading ERP/SAP-enabled supply chain and manufacturing workstreams.
• Experience as a business process owner, functional lead, or deployment lead for ERP/SAP implementations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and resolve cross-functional conflicts in a matrixed org.
• Strong change management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads group-wide SAP deployment strategy, readiness, execution, and sustainment with key leaders.
• Establishes governance for SAP processes including fit-to-standard decisions and exceptions.
• Conducts current-state assessments and identifies gaps, risks, and impacts across divisions.
• Drives adoption of Parker standard SAP processes and recommends standardization.
• Leads cross-functional workshops to align future-state processes and deployment readiness.
• Owns functional readiness including data readiness, testing, training, cutover, go-live support, and stabilization.
• Manages functional issue resolution during deployment and escalations to leadership.
• Provides leadership and training to divisional teams to ensure sustainable SAP adoption.
