Job summary

The position requires extensive experience in the utility industry, SAP, and transformation programs, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Utility Industry or Customer Transformation project delivery.
• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with SAP.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
• Experience with major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations.
• Lead business development activities and represent Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
• Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership in energy retail.
