Job summary

Quality Agents, LLC seeks a Warehouse Specialist to support material handling, control, and inventory accuracy at our Gaithersburg site. You will operate SAP for day-to-day tasks, supervise cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and prepare reports.

CDL preferred, forklift experience helpful, and strong attention to detail is essential. This role collaborates across teams to ensure material flow meets production needs, with on-call support and SOP creation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Material control and inventory management.
• Receive raw materials and label them.
• Inspect, sample, and store materials.
• Create, run, and review reports.
• Operate forklifts and unload/load trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and monthly freezer inspection.
• SOP and master spec writing.
• SAP troubleshooting support.
