GenScript is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods at our Seattle, WA site. You will audit shipments, pick/pack/label, and ensure compliance with SOPs while handling inbound/outbound logistics in SAP/WMS.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and can lift up to 45 lbs. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations required.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Audit shipments prior to packing to ensure sellable condition and accuracy.
• Picks, packs and labels product per established standards.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments; perform SAP/WMS system transactions.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping/receiving documentation; ensure proper retention.
• Perform inventory cycle counts; investigate discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide clear feedback and solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse in line with EHS and 5S standards.
