Job summary

Quality Agents, LLC seeks a Warehouse Specialist to support material handling, control, and inventory accuracy at our Gaithersburg site. You will operate SAP for day-to-day tasks, supervise cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and prepare reports.

CDL preferred, forklift experience helpful, and strong attention to detail is essential. This role collaborates across teams to ensure material flow meets production needs, with on-call support and SOP creation.

Responsibilities

• SAP troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Control (Material Specialist)
• Receive in raw materials
• Label materials
• Inspect materials
• Sample materials
• Store materials
• Solve day to day issues with relevant stakeholders
• Create, run, and review reports
• On call support
• SOP writing
• Spec writing
• Material Handlers II/III
• Pick material
• Goods dispatch
• Prep for transport
• Run expiry report and discard expired materials
• Unload trucks
• Load trucks
• Cycle counts atwarehouse
• Monthly freezer inspection and frost removal
• Assist with shipping materials
• Transports samples to FMC as needed
• Operate forklifts
• Need CDL license
• Inventory Control
• Master spec writing
• Create Transfer orders
• Pulling expired materials from Manufacturing
• SOP writing
• Managing storage of DS
• Prep DS for shipment
• SAP troubleshooting support
• Maintaining local storage areas
• Cycle counts

All functions will be using SAP as part of their day-to-day work.

Requirements

• High school education

Preferred

• Forklift driving experience.
• CDL license
• Experience with material management systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS).
