Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Site Supply Chain Inventory Analyst - Leader to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts and SAP/WMS processes on the assigned shift. You will lead Inventory Analysts, enforcing safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives while promoting teamwork to meet site goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong Excel/Word skills, and SAP/ERP experience. Forklift certification is a plus; weekend rotation may be required in this automotive environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly in critical situations.
• Experience communicating with diverse teams.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Able to work independently and learn multiple tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, cost and delivery for the assigned shift.
• Lead the team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives.
• Monitor quality levels and address non-conformances.
• Supervise Inventory Analysts and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and evaluate continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain SAP data integrity through cycle counting and audits.
• Audit WMS and correct stock discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate stock in SAP and correct negative stock (COGI) as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to align storage with bin locations.
• Support quality with cycle counts and SAP transfers to correct stock.
