Job summary

Talentify in Middle River, MD is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage receiving, ERP data entry, labeling, and organization of parts. You will label and store items, track batch/lot/serial numbers, and ensure accurate ERP records.

Responsibilities include picking and scanning into Excel, maintaining traceability, and reporting inventory discrepancies. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, using a pallet jack, and SAP ERP experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory and material handling experience.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory and material handling.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts and enter into the ERP system.
• Label and store parts efficiently.
• Pick and scan parts and kits into Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain traceability by documenting batch, lot, and serial numbers in Excel.
• Track movement from picking through shipping and adjust records as needed.
• Pack and crate parts with quality inspection.
• Log and reconcile inventory discrepancies and support process improvements.
• Perform ERP transactions including receipts, movements and job allocations.
• Maintain a clean workspace and operate a pallet jack; lift up to 50 lbs.
