Job summary

Rain Carbon Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to oversee safe, accurate inventory management and material movements to support plant operations.

You will receive, stock, issue, transfer, and ship materials, run cycle counts, and process SAP inventory transactions while maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2–4 years warehousing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP IM; TWIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cycle count activities and support year-end physical inventories.
• Receive, inspect, stock, issue, transfer, and ship materials per procedures.
• Process PR, GR, GI, and material transfers within SAP and maintain records.
• Assist in developing and improving warehouse processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety policies.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures and SAP processes and coordinate maintenance records.
