Job summary

Nordex is seeking a SAP-enabled Warehouse Material Flow Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics for high-impact clean energy projects. You will receive components, verify deliveries, and update SAP, while replenishing workstations and loading outbound shipments with precise documentation. A forklift license and 1+ year in warehouse work are preferred.

Proficiency in English and strict safety practices are required to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries across the site.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Approximately 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP experience strongly valued)
Proficient English skills to coordinate with teammates, suppliers, and leadership.
Forklift license and confidence handling heavy materials.
Hands-on shipping and receiving know-how.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming components and materials, stage them for easy access.
Unpack deliveries, verify items against purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
Update SAP to record receiving, inventory adjustments, and sales order shipments with accuracy.
Replenish production workstations per the build schedule so assembly never waits on parts.
Prepare and safely load outbound trucks with accurate quantities and documentation.
Record all material movements in the warehouse management/ERP system.
Conduct cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and reconcile differences.
