Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Plant Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics operations within the Logistics Platform Team. You will coordinate material flow, resolve issues, and ensure accurate inventory data while driving efficiency across departments.

Candidates should have 3+ years in supply chain or transportation, knowledge of import/export rules, and strong data analysis skills. A valid driver’s license and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Transportation.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations for different countries and compliances.
• Experience with cost models and/or cost analysis.
• Strong process focus and data analysis.
• Ability to work with international and domestic transportation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily logistics and transportation operations, including goods receipt and site deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Material Management team to track deliveries and maintain supporting documents.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work with local forwarders to manage shipment status updates and required documentation.
• Monitor storage conditions to support inventory management and space utilization.
• Analyze logistics incident reports and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with carriers and brokers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate shipment status updates to production teams for continuity.
• Monitor cost drivers and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Create commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Generate SAP requisitions to support procurement and logistics workflows.
• Review performance against targets and SLAs with internal customers.
• Maintain Logistics KPI reports for data-driven decisions.
• Stay informed on emerging logistics technologies and propose improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
