Job summary

Nordex Group in West Branch, Iowa is seeking a Material Handling Operator to support warehouse operations and inventory control. You will handle shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, and use SAP for inventory management. The role requires lifting, loading, and coordinating with production schedules.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1+ year warehouse experience, and strong English skills. A valid driver's license and ERP familiarity are required to ensure safe and efficient

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for data entry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory records.
• Strong English communication.
• Able to read delivery notes and inventory reports in English.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory records.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with a team.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries and organize warehouse storage.
• Supply production workstations with materials per schedule.
• Safely load trucks for shipping to the farm.
• Manage collection and transfer of production/warehouse waste.
• Record all material movements in the management system.
• Support monthly/annual financial results with inventory data.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
