Job summary

Nordex is seeking a SAP-enabled Warehouse Material Flow Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics for high-impact clean energy projects. You will receive components, verify deliveries, and update SAP, while replenishing workstations and loading outbound shipments with precise documentation. A forklift license and 1+ year in warehouse work are preferred.

Proficiency in English and strict safety practices are required to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries across the site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming components and materials, stage them for easy access.
• Unpack deliveries, verify items against purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
• Update SAP to record receiving, inventory adjustments, and sales order shipments with accuracy.
• Replenish production workstations per the build schedule so assembly never waits on parts.
• Prepare and safely load outbound trucks with accurate quantities and documentation.
• Record all material movements in the warehouse management/ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and reconcile differences.
