You will lift heavy items, load trucks, and ensure safe handling while maintaining organized warehouse operations. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) for data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory and track movements.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Ability to read delivery notes and inventory reports in English.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate inventory records.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with team members to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage personnel and provide support for warehouse operations.
• Strong teamwork skills to foster a positive work environment.
• Driving is a required function; valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and position items for easy access.
• Provide materials to production stations per schedule.
• Load trucks safely and accurately.
• Manage waste collection and transfer for disposal or recycling.
• Record material movements in the system for stock accuracy.
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting with inventory data.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
