Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale programs with measurable business outcomes. You will align business, functional, data, and change teams around a transformation vision and manage risk, cost, and quality across global delivery centers.

You will modernize delivery through AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics while guiding client executives and program leadership to successful deployment from strategy through stabilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years leadership roles for SAP transformation programs in Consumer, Goods & Services.
• Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and ensure outcomes, quality, and financial performance.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive planning, staffing, governance, and execution across SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting and recommendations.
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices and Accenture delivery methodologies.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.
