Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive enterprise SAP programs for Consumer, Goods & Services. You will lead, align, and execute complex transformations, balancing cost, quality, risk and stakeholder expectations while modernizing delivery with AI and analytics.

You will partner with executives, build global delivery teams, define roadmaps, and ensure value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization across SAP S/4HANA programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, PM, transformation leadership, or consulting.
• 6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• 2+ years in methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change mgmt, and readiness.
• 2+ years in program financials, executive stakeholders, vendors, and risk management.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, or pursuit activities.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, or analytics to improve SAP delivery.
• Prior consulting/advisory experience in enterprise transformation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive program planning, mobilization, staffing, governance, and financials across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting.
• Ensure adoption of SAP best practices, Accenture methodologies, and governance.
• Guide teams through design, build, testing, deployment, go-live, and transition.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on transformation value realization.
• Support growth through delivery excellence and opportunity identification.
• Participate in sales origination, solution shaping, and business case creation.
• Develop delivery assets and accelerators; mentoring of future SAP leaders.
• Travel may be required (0-100%).
