Job summary

The Timberline Group seeks an IT Applications Manager to lead SAP strategy and operations, ensuring reliable, secure SAP environments across the business. You will oversee implementations, upgrades, and integrations, aligning SAP capabilities with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and deep SAP knowledge to optimize business processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years managing SAP systems; 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HR).
• Strong experience with SAP upgrades and enhancements.
• SAP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP implementation, configuration, and management.
• Lead and develop a team of SAP specialists.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve SAP functionality.
• Manage projects, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure SAP security, data privacy, and compliance.
• Provide second-line support and troubleshoot issues.
