You will drive SAP maintenance, upgrades, and integrations with partners to support business goals. The role requires deep SAP expertise, 12+ years of SAP experience, and 7+ years in a leadership capacity, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years SAP technical experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and problem-solving across IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Stay hands-on with SAP configuration, design, and testing.
• Mentor team and develop SAP engineers.
• Manage vendor relationships and external technology partners.
• Lead multiple SAP projects to on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Plan and oversee upgrade path from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4.
• Oversee maintenance tasks: patches, OSS notes, data archiving, HA/DR testing.
