Job summary

eos Products seeks a Senior Manager, SAP Applications to lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP systems across the organization. You will manage a team of SAP analysts and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that align with growth strategies.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP implementation and support experience with at least 3 years in a people management role.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP MM functional experience, including production support.
Deep knowledge of MRP and contract manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of material master data, BOM structures, and inventory valuation.
Familiarity with Fiori Apps, Embedded Analytics, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery across Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
Manage and develop a team of SAP analysts and consultants (onshore/offshore).
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and architect SAP solutions.
Oversee SAP configuration, enhancements, data migration, and integrations.
Monitor SAP S/4HANA roadmap and propose functional enhancements.
Define and enforce SAP development standards and SDLC processes.
Escalation point for complex system issues; drive root cause analyses.
Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Develop project plans, technical docs, test plans, and support docs.
Communicate status and risks to senior leadership; explore Gen AI integrations.
