Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP implementation and support experience with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP MM functional experience, including production support.
• Deep knowledge of MRP and contract manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of material master data, BOM structures, and inventory valuation.
• Familiarity with Fiori Apps, Embedded Analytics, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery across Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
• Manage and develop a team of SAP analysts and consultants (onshore/offshore).
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and architect SAP solutions.
• Oversee SAP configuration, enhancements, data migration, and integrations.
• Monitor SAP S/4HANA roadmap and propose functional enhancements.
• Define and enforce SAP development standards and SDLC processes.
• Escalation point for complex system issues; drive root cause analyses.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Develop project plans, technical docs, test plans, and support docs.
• Communicate status and risks to senior leadership; explore Gen AI integrations.
