Job summary
Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Applications Manager for SAP ERP. You will lead the Applications Group within Digital Transformation, setting vision and enterprise architecture while guiding a global team to optimize ERP systems and ensure strategic alignment with business needs.
The role requires deep SAP ERP knowledge, vendor management skills and a track record of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 12+ years experience in IT management.
- 7+ years in IT management roles in large orgs.
- International experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ERP platforms, integrations & reporting.
- Vendor relations & negotiations experience.
- Understanding of accounting/financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Applications Group within Digital Transformation (DX).
- Provide vision, enterprise architecture and strategic direction.
- Manage ERP applications portfolio including internal/3rd party apps.
- Drive digital transformation with ERP platforms and partners.
- Review designs, integrations and technical solutions.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, quality and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams; promote Agile/Waterfall adoption.
