Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery across full project lifecycles, focusing on quality and risk management, working with external clients and coordinating workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

The role requires hands-on ABAP development experience, SAP S/4HANA/ECC integration, and strong knowledge of Fiori/UI5. Travel up to 60% and a hybrid client-facing setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically, 4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Proficiency in ABAP, including object-oriented ABAP, modularization techniques, and debugging/troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP-based solutions (reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including integration across SAP modules and familiarity with ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end services.
• Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary objects, database concepts, data modeling, and performance tuning/optimization.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and exposure to DevOps practices in SAP environments.
