Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to drive delivery across ABAP design, build, test and deployment for SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. You will translate business needs into scalable ABAP solutions, lead project teams, and regularly interface with client stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with expectations.

You’ll work in EY’s agile environment with a focus on quality, risk management, and collaboration across SAP modules, Fiori/UI5, and data services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
ABAP OO, modularization and debugging expertise.
Experience designing ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC integration and ABAP on HANA concepts.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP back-end integration.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles including design, build, testing and deployment.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage client expectations.
Guide and mentor team members; influence quality and delivery timelines.
Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
