Responsibilities

• Ensure mix tanks and draw lines are sanitary according to production schedule.
• Assist CIP cycles and monitor chemical concentrations and temperatures.
• Maintain CIP rooms and equipment to inspection-ready standards.
• Ensure conductivity, temperature and flow rate are within spec across CIP units.
