Qualifications

• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive dairy, sugar, egg and chocolate coating tankers.
• CIP tanks and tankers per SOPs.
• Monitor HTST, homogenizer, pumps and related equipment.
• Complete HTST charts and production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized mix processing areas and inventories.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and train others as assigned.
