Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a production-focused candidate to support sanitary operations in a fast-paced, chilled environment. You will manage CIP cycles, inspect tanks and lines, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with food-safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining CIP circuits, assisting in investigations, and upholding high hygiene levels while collaborating with teams to meet production plans and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with CIP cycles and sanitation in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet and humid environment with PPE.
• Commitment to health, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mix tanks and discharge lines are clean and sanitary per schedule.
• Assist in foreign object investigations and maintain CIP circuits.
• Maintain calibration of sensors (conductivity, temperature, flow) and inspect CIP equipment.
• Perform environmental cleaning per master sanitation plan and keep CIP rooms inspection-ready.
• Support readiness of draw lines and production centers per production schedule.
