Job summary

Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream in Laurel, MD is hiring for a production line role on the dairy manufacturing floor. You will support the assigned line to meet production targets while maintaining Quality, Safety and Hygiene.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, interest in automated processes, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work multiple shifts. The role offers benefits and overtime possibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One-year related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production area per SOPs.
• Ensure area is clean, organized and safe.
• Control water usage and follow clean-as-you-go principles.
• Coordinate handover between shifts
• Drive production to meet customer specs and food safety.
• Monitor outputs to meet daily targets.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Uphold Froneri operating model and values.
