Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen cleaning or food plant sanitation.
• Familiar with pre-rinse/wash/rinse/sanitize steps.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout programs.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to follow safety and food safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform wash area duties including pan washing and utensil cleaning.
• Disassemble and set up equipment for cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility areas per SSOPs.
• Identify equipment needing deep cleaning.
• Use sanitation chemicals safely and effectively.
• Report safety, food safety, and quality concerns.
• Follow all safety, food safety policies and procedures.
