Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Sanitation Supervisor to direct daily sanitation operations within a poultry processing facility, ensuring GMP, USDA, and FDA standards are met. The role coordinates sanitation processes, budgets, QA collaboration, and safety protocols while mentoring staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years in a food manufacturing environment; poultry experience preferred.
• Three years of leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence, and conflict resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Directs day-to-day sanitation team activities to meet GMP, USDA and FDA guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with safety, OSHA, FSIS, USDA and HACCP regulations.
• Mentors and trains staff, providing feedback for improvement and career development.
• Partners with QA to maintain a sanitary, food-safe environment and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in audits and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
