Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Technician for Palmyra, WI. You will clean and sanitize egg processing equipment on a daily rotation, reporting to the Processing Supervisor.

This on-site, full-time role entails rotating three and four day work weeks and adherence to GMP standards. Responsibilities include disassembling and reassembling equipment, handling chemicals and high-pressure cleaners, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation in a food processing environment.
• Willingness to be trained on egg-specific equipment
• Familiarity with GMPs or similar practices

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble processing equipment daily.
• Work with chemicals and high-pressure cleaning equipment.
• Maintain training on equipment, chemicals and MSDSs.
