Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Sanitation Associate in Owatonna, MN to maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment through cleaning, sanitizing, and general housekeeping. You will perform daily janitorial duties, sanitize equipment and work areas, follow established procedures, and support daily operations in a fast-paced facility.

This contract-to-hire role offers full-time hours, onsite work, and safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor environments preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
