The Assembler I performs basic mechanical assembly work to manufacture products in a cost-effective and timely manner while meeting established quality standards. The position is highly repetitive and focused on consistent, accurate manufacturing output.

Work takes place in a brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility designed for comfort and efficiency. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, with first shift running from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and second shift running from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Regular overtime is typically worked on Fridays for about six hours, with the possibility of longer shifts when needed. The role involves frequent use of hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly in a repetitive production environment. Steel-toe footwear is required as part of the dress code to meet safety standards on the production floor.starting
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, WI.
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $22.25/hr.
