Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring for 2nd shift Sanitation team members at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio. No experience is required; full training is provided.

Starting pay is $18.75/hour with an increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30pm–12:30am. You will clean equipment and facilities, remove debris, and maintain a sanitary, compliant plant while using PPE and following USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work.
• Remove all debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
