Job summary

Cooper Farms in St. Henry, Ohio is hiring 2nd shift Sanitation team members at our turkey harvesting facility. No experience is required, and we provide training to help you succeed.

Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with increases after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to 12:30am. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and wellness reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• No experience required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work.
• Remove debris from processing equipment, floors and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant, following USDA/AQ/HACCP standards.
• Wear PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
• Increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 3:30pm-12:30am

What You'll Do

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work
• Remove all debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.

No experience required. Training is provided.
