Job summary

Cooper Farms in Ft. Recovery, Ohio is hiring a 3rd shift Sanitation Lead at our Liquid Egg Processing facility. You will lead the sanitation crew, keep the plant clean, and ensure tasks are recorded, following USDA sanitation rules.

Starting pay is $20.90-$24.45 per hour with a potential increase after 90 days. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am, with monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses and strong benefits including paid vacation, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Experience with sanitation and chemical handling preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sanitation crew and ensure the plant stays clean and runs smoothly.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and properly recorded.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly.
• Train team members on how to mix, label, and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure the facility follows all USDA sanitation rules.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain productivity.

What You'll Do
