Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Material Handler/Sanitizer for our Egg Warehouse team in St. Henry, Ohio. The role includes sanitizing egg flats, pallets and dividers, cleaning materials per SOPs, and keeping warehouse materials well organized.

Hours are Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:30pm with occasional Saturdays. Starting rate is $17.50/hour, with potential increase to $17.70 after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to maintain forklift and pallet jack license.

Responsibilities

• Safely sanitizing egg flats, pallets and dividers in an efficient manner.
• Cleaning all materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Properly maintaining materials in warehouse in a neat and organized manner.

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Material Handler/Sanitizer to join our Egg Warehouse team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:30pm with occasional Saturdays.

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$17.50 with the potential of increasing to $17.70 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit‑sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
