Job summary

Paris Baguette Thousand Oaks is hiring for a Sandwich Team Member, Bakers, Cakers, and Retailers to join our new team in Thousand Oaks. Prepare sandwiches and salads with precision, craft dressings and sauces, and keep displays inviting.

Maintain stock levels, clean work areas, and assist across the restaurant as a team player. Requirements include at least 1 year of food handling experience and a Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of high-quality sandwiches and salads with excellence and precision.
• Make signature dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.

• Maintain daily par levels and restock stations to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Receive, stock, and store food in an organized manner using designated containers.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and storage units (refrigerators/freezers).
• Complete production, usage, and waste reports to maintain accurate records.
• Monitor food supplies and equipment, informing supervisors of any needs or issues.
• Assist in all areas of the restaurant as a dedicated team player.

THE ROLE

• Prepare a variety of high-quality sandwiches and salads with excellence and precision.
