The ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods to our guests through a warm and welcoming bakery café experience that delivers joy to everyone.

Knowledge and Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Being a team player, assist and support in all areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensure sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers.
• Complete various reports for records such as production, usage and waste.
• Order product and materials, as necessary.
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders, set up orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are low.
• Bi-monthly and monthly inventory assessment.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.

What You Need to Have

• Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
