Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of high-quality sandwiches and salads with excellence and precision.
• Make signature dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensure the sandwich display is presentable and inviting for guests.
• Maintain daily par levels and restock stations for smooth workflow.
• Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and storage units.
• Complete production, usage, and waste reports to maintain records.
• Monitor food supplies and equipment; inform supervisors of needs or issues.
• Assist in all areas of the restaurant as a dedicated team player.
